This workshop will open up new pathways into your past while encouraging you to think more deeply about your present, and envision the thriving future you want to live into and co-create with others.
Following my elemental journey framework, we’ll use the four elements–Earth, Water, Fire and Air—as potent metaphors for different stages and aspects of our life experiences.
As we align our personal histories with the larger narratives of our time and place, we intentionally awaken and deepen our capacity for spiritually grounded activism and conscious leadership in our own lives and in our communities, including the larger Earth community of which we are all a part.
Suitable for all ages; and for anyone who is interested in using personal writing as a contemplative practice, as well as those actively embarked on a memoir project.
This event will take place indoors at Bascom Lodge in the event of inclement weather. Wear your walking shoes and be prepared for colder temperatures up at the summit of Mt. Greylock.
