Looking for one-on-one guidance?
I can help!
Whether you’re just starting out on the writing journey or have been at it for a while, you’ll find that your writing will blossom and gain momentum if given the nourishment of regular doses of encouragement and guidance.
I’ve been successfully coaching and mentoring writers of all ages for many years, and I would love to put my experience and positive, can-do spirit to work for you!
In person, on the phone or via video conference, let’s spend an hour talking through whatever is on your mind as a writer: writing styles, character development, narrative arc, crafting a compelling story, getting past writer’s block…you name it, I’ve worked with it, and I can help you overcome any obstacle on the way to creating a memoir, essay, novel or nonfiction book you’ll be proud to share with the world.
I also have plenty of social media experience, if you’re interested in developing a blog or strategizing on how to get people talking about your work.

Write Your Memoir in a Year!
A 12-month coaching program, at a discounted rate
Now is the time to get your memoir out of your head and on to the page—and I’m here to help, with a monthly program of guidance and coaching that will keep your creative juices flowing.
We’ll arrange a monthly coaching call by video conference (or in person if you’re in striking range of my home in Massachusetts), where we can discuss your progress and any gnarly questions that come up as you go along.
I’ll help you find the deeper purpose of your memoir, and plan out the timeline arc, as well as which scenes from your life it will be essential to include.
Best of all, you can send me up to 5,000 words per month in advance of our meeting, so that I can respond to your writing directly, giving you feedback on style, plot and character development, as well as catalyzing questions to write and think about over the next month.
At the end of the year, you’ll have a working draft of your memoir—or maybe even a complete first draft, depending on how much time and effort you invest in the process. Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be standing by to do a complete manuscript review, starting the next stage of your writing journey.
Prefer to work faster, or more slowly and sporadically? That’s fine too–I can adapt to your rhythm. The important thing is to commit to take the time to make the memoir you’ve been dreaming of a reality.
We are living through challenging times. It’s a perfect moment to ground ourselves in the inner work of purposeful memoir, looking backward over our life stories in order to better understand the present and to step with courage and intention into the future.

Thanks, Jennifer, for your depth of connection to the writing and the journey and the offering that I am making of this little life. I got so much energy talking to you today!
